Yes. Indian nationals require a visa for Colombia and there is no exemption analogous to the Argentine US-B2 special case. Tourist, business, student and work visas are processed by this Embassy following a documentary-first model: coordinate the category-specific checklist by email at cnuevadelhi@cancilleria.gov.co, receive an appointment once the file is verified, and submit originals in person at Vasant Vihar.
Yes — all five. The Colombian Embassy in New Delhi has the broadest South Asia jurisdiction of any Latin American post in the region: India plus concurrent accreditation to the Kingdom of Bhutan, the Republic of Maldives, the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal and the People's Republic of Bangladesh, formalised under Decree 134 of February 2019. Residents of any of these five countries route through this single Delhi post.
Yes — the schedule splits the day into two sessions. The Embassy is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00 in the morning and reopens from 14:30 to 17:00 in the afternoon, with a 90-minute closure between the two sessions. Periodic 'Sábado Consular' Saturday-opening sessions run for Colombian community service in addition to the weekday schedule.
